Stress and mental overload
In person at the practice or by video, tell me your preference when you book.

Stress is not a character flaw; it is a body that has stayed in alert mode too long. The work here is practical: giving your system regular, reliable ways to come back down.
Who it is for
- You wake up already tired, with the day’s list running in your head
- Small setbacks trigger reactions you regret an hour later
- Your shoulders, jaw or stomach carry the tension your schedule creates
- You have read all the advice (breathe, walk, disconnect) and need it to become concrete
How a session goes
We start with what the week was really like, then practise two or three techniques (guided breathing, muscle release, attention shifting) and keep the one that worked best for you. You leave with a five-minute routine for home, and we build on it session after session. Available at the practice or by video: the exercises work in both.
Not covered by national health insurance, but many private health plans reimburse part of each session. You get a dated receipt every time.
Book a first session
Tell me briefly what brings you, two sentences are enough. I reply within one working day, and asking commits you to nothing.
