Grief and life transitions
In person at the practice or by video, tell me your preference when you book.

Grief has no schedule and needs none. These longer sessions offer a steady, unhurried space where what you carry can be set down, sorted and slowly carried differently.
Who it is for
- A bereavement, recent or one that never quite settled
- A separation, a diagnosis in the family, a home left behind
- Retirement, children leaving, the transitions that look positive and still shake the ground
- The people around you have moved on, and you no longer feel allowed to talk about it
How a session goes
Ninety minutes, so nothing has to be cut short. There is more listening here than technique, though gentle practices help when sleep or appetite have followed the loss. We meet at the practice: some conversations deserve a room, a chair and no screen. If at any point specialised support would serve you better, I say so and help you find it.
Not covered by national health insurance, but many private health plans reimburse part of each session. You get a dated receipt every time.
Book a first session
Tell me briefly what brings you, two sentences are enough. I reply within one working day, and asking commits you to nothing.
